Barney Frank said "If Scott Brown wins, it’ll kill the health bill." Will this statement increase Brown votes?

Assuming they believe Barney Frank’s statement, do you think the people of Massachusetts will be more likely or less likely to vote for Brown over Coakley in the upcoming election to fill Ted Kennedy’s seat?
In other words, do you think Frank’s dire public pronouncement will actually backfire?
I hope it makes more vote for Brown as most people don’t want the health care bill to pass. This race truly shows the mood of America and gives us an idea about what will happen later this year and again in 2012.

We really need to put the brakes on this bill. It’s not at all that we don’t need health care system tweaking, but this bill isn’t the right direction to go and they are pushing way too hard for it. So I hope people do take that into account in their voting decision.
Massachusetts in particular should understand the major issues with government involvement in health care.

Latest poll only shows 30% of the US backs this Obamanation.
We can only hope that the people of Mass. wake up and smell the sewer in this bill and vote Brown in.

I do know this that Massachusetts already has a universal health care that is not very popular at all so that should tell the story however Republicans are very rare in Massachusetts.

No, quite the opposite, it will energize the Democrats base. Personally I think that the Republicans are engaging in wishful thinking again.

I’m from Massachusetts, and i wasn’t planning on voting at all until i heard this. Now i am going to the polls, and voting for Scott Brown and praying that he wins. I think the manditory health insurance that we have to buy in this state is complete crap, and i definetly don’t wish that same thing on the rest of the country. The more government interferes with our lives, the worse it is for everyone… I just got finished paying $2000 out of my pocket to the government because I remodeled MY kitchen in MY house with MY own hands and those jerks found out about it and sent inspectors to collect as much money as they could. All of my upgrades were to code too, complete bull. And i’m angry that liberals think it’s a good idea to control control control, tax, tax, tax, and fine, fine fine.
So yes, I can say for absolute certainty, it increased his votes by at least one.
