I think that is bogus, women need a physical replication of a males genitals(they could stimulate themselves with their hands) to masturbate, while men on average only need a visual representation to enhance mental fantasies.
It just feels insulting, that because us guy’s need or rather use mental stimulation we are regarded as animals, while women who generally use physical objects for stimulation are seen as more enlightened. References :
