SO many of you are begging for a place to donate to lawyer fees for a civil lawsuit. Please don’t feel that it’s expected of ANY of you. If we cannot go forward civilly, the money will be returned whether you want it returned or not. If we go forward and win a settlement or are awarded an amount more than the legal fees, the money will be returned, whether you want it or not.

I’m here for a moment to issue a public statement. In Tennessee, while attending college, I was raped and well within the statute of limitations, filed a report with the county the offense occurred in. As court hearings proceed, the newspaper recently aired a story about it naming my ailant and then linking me to both the university I attended and the videos I share with you here.
A small-time subsequent paper disregarded the long honored policy of withholding sexual ault victims’ names and released my full, legal name and picture in what I understand to be both their online and printed form. The stress mounts exponentially, the messages are pouring in, and yes, even a threat already.
However, because I have made a very conscious choice not to live my life in fear, pray no one notices the articles (yeah right!) or allow bullies the ability to control my life, I’m taking back the control by freely providing my legal name, Kimberly Siebel.

We hear about rape …
We hear about rape so often in South Africa that we no longer sit up and listen as we should. Since 1994 SA has become the rape capital of the world, it is the culture of most indigenous SA men that women are like cattle to them and therefore they own them, and a woman does not have the right to so NO!
Pre-teen black girls don’t ask each other the question “Have you been raped?” but “How many times have your been raped?”
This video certainly made me sit up and listen. My heart aches…

Anybody who knows …
Anybody who knows me is aware of my staunch defense of women and the desire to see females be strong, free, independent, and individual. You are the perfect example of the kind of girl I have longed talked about. So many females, and even males, would break under such pressure and refuse to find a healthy medium to express themselves with. I think you are a good role model for young girls everywhere. You’re real, integral, and positive. It’s good to see less ‘damsels in distress’…..
